The Purpose Of This Essay Is To Provide An Argument For

The purpose of this essay is to provide an argument for the legalization of cannabis for both medicinal and recreational use, and to bring to light some of the negative consequences that the war on drugs has caused by demonizing cannabis for over 100 years, and to show how communities are both positively affected by making cannabis legal, and negatively affected by the continued perpetuation of ignorance that has gone on for far too long. We go back to the days of fighting a counterculture that has stayed with us even now at least there have been strides to push against idiocy and make a plant that helps not kills legal.
